The promoter is MMC Research & Marketing (MMC) on behalf of Digital Allies and Transport North East (Email: hello@mmc.agency (the “Promoter”)

The promotion is open to all residents of North East, except Digital Allies, MMC, Nexus and Transport North East employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
The closing date for entries is 22nd Dec.

To enter, eligible entrants must upload their video clips stating what will be important to them from a regional transport/getting around perspective
Entrants must supply their email address should they wish to take part in the promotion. MMC will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the MMC Privacy Policy (https://mmc.agency/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/MMC-Privacy-Notice.pdf).

Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted. Survey entries which are incomprehensible, illegible, or which are received or submitted after the deadline for receipt of entries will be invalid and will not be considered.

The winning entrant will be the first video entry drawn at random from all those submitted after the closing date. MMC’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The winner(s) will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by /email.

The prize is one of twenty £25 Amazon vouchers. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
The name of the winner(s) will be available by sending an SAE to MMC Research & Marketing, 1 Tavistock Place Sunderland SR6 9PP. This should be done within two months of the closing date of the promotion.

MMC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

MMC does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.

If the winner is unable to be contacted within 14 days of the promotion’s closing date, MMC reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future MMC promotion.

MMC excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
